Make the following commitments to environmental policy:

  1. Continue to ensure the effectiveness of ISO14001:2015 certification by establishing an environmental management system in the plant, regularly update environmental targets and implement them in the operation.
  2. Require suppliers to establish an environmental management system and encourage them to progressively obtain certification.
  3. Translate customer environmental concepts, requirements and objectives into internal operations to better fulfill environmental responsibility in the supply chain.
  4. Through the establishment of the green printing system, we obtained the certification of China’s environmental labeling products in 2019, and continued to improve the environmental protection of products.
  5. Regular review and optimization of environmental performance in green management, green production and green operation.
  6. Submit CDP questionnaires, conduct carbon disclosure, entrust third parties to conduct carbon verification in 2019 and obtain certificates.
  7. The annual Sustainability Report will be prepared in 2020 in accordance with the requirements of GRI and the reporting guidelines of CAS-CSR4.0.

  1. Through the establishment of social responsibility management system in the factory, obtained SA8000:2014 certification, regularly updated social responsibility performance targets and implemented in the operation.
  2. All our suppliers are required to sign the “Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment” and submit the “Supplier Social Responsibility Self-Assessment Form” before cooperation.
  3. Sign Supplier Code of Conduct with customers, strictly implement customer requirements, so as to better fulfill the social responsibility in the supply chain.
  4. Conduct social responsibility performance meetings regularly to review and evaluate the achievement of performance.
  5. The annual Sustainability Report will be prepared in 2020 in accordance with the requirements of GRI and the reporting guidelines of CAS-CSR4.0.
  6. Meet FSC® core labor requirements.

Sustainable procurement policy

  1. Supply chain sustainability is a guideline and long-term concern of LPLUS for the management of environmental, social and economic impacts and the implementation of good governance practices throughout the life cycle of products and services. Among them, supplier management is one of the key links.
  2. In order to improve the sustainability of procurement, we believe that suppliers must also implement the LPLUS commitment. We sign Supplier Labor, Ethics and Social Responsibility Commitments with all suppliers as part of their management cooperation agreements.
  3. The company has passed FSC® certification (FSC®145662), and requires raw material suppliers to have corresponding qualifications.
  4. Carry out field evaluation and regular evaluation of key suppliers, resolutely exclude suppliers that do not correct rectification items in time from the list of qualified suppliers, maintain long-term cooperation with suppliers that have sustainable procurement concepts and require common growth, and develop into strategic suppliers in a timely manner.
